Step One: Schedule a tour with us to see our program in action. We typically schedule tours during our morning work period so that you can see the children working on their lessons and experience what your child’s morning would look like. Our tours are typically scheduled 9 am to 11:30 am and last about 30 minutes.

Parents are encouraged to visit the program before submitting an application. We strongly recommend that parents who bring their children for the initial visit to please respect the children who are working and keep your child with you during the tour. If your child does not attend the initial visit and you would like to have an additional visit with your child should you be accepted and choose to enroll, it can be scheduled and arranged in order for your child to view their new school prior to their first day, once enrollment is confirmed.

Step Two: Complete and submit the registration application along with a non-refundable application fee of $100. This is a one time fee, per child, due when you submit your initial application. This is the first step to being considered for enrollment and to be placed on the waiting list when a wait list applies.

Step Three: Once an application is received, parents/guardians will receive an email from the Director acknowledging that the application was received and include next steps for the state licensed required paperwork. Once that paperwork is received, parents/guardians will be notified of availability, wait list status, or declined acceptance with an email from the Director.

Immunization paperwork is required by the Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and closely monitored by our local health department as part of being a licensed early childhood center. We require that all families are prompt and accurate in keeping their children’s immunization paperwork in order as a condition of acceptance and continued enrollment.

Step Four: Once notified that your child has been accepted and a spot is available, in order to officially accept and hold your child’s spot at A Little Journey Montessori School, the non-refundable annual materials fee of $400 is required for commitment to enrollment along with first month’s tuition. First month’s tuition and the annual materials fee will not be due for families that are placed on the waitlist until they are notified that a spot has become available.
