How to Apply
Step One: Schedule a tour to see our program in action. Our tours are typically scheduled between 9 am and 11:30 am, and last about 30 minutes. We ask that parents who bring their children for the initial visit please respect the children who are working on lessons by keeping your children with you during the tour. We pride ourselves on our sparkling clean facility and caring educators; a tour is the best way to get a feel for our program and see what makes our community so special!
Step Two: Complete and submit the registration application. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The button below will take you to Brightwheel to create an account and complete the registration application.
Step Three: After you apply, we will send a confirmation email regarding enrollment or waitlist status, along with a link to admissions paperwork. Immunization paperwork is required by the Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS) and closely monitored by our local health department as part of our state licensing. We require up to date immunizations as a condition of acceptance and continued enrollment.
Step Four: After your admissions paperwork has been reviewed and enrollment is offered, the $400 annual materials fee (per family) and first month’s tuition are required to confirm your child’s spot. Families on the waitlist do not owe any fees or tuition until a spot becomes available and enrollment is offered.

What is Brightwheel?
Brightwheel is the parent communication app that we use at A Little Journey Montessori School. We send admissions paperwork, invoice, and accept payments through the app. Brightwheel is also used for checking your child in and out of school each day, communicating with your child’s teacher, and receiving updates on your child’s day. Updates vary by classroom, and include diaper changes, naps, meals, and photos each day.
